A Celebration of Gratitude and Appreciation | Teachers’ Day 2026
On October 2, 2026, the E. Zobel Foundation, Inc. gathered to express its heartfelt gratitude and honor its dedicated faculty members during the Teachers’ Day Celebration. The program began at 8:50 AM with attendee registration, where each faculty received a "Jar of Appreciation." This special keepsake was filled with personal notes, warm letters, and expressions of gratitude contributed by co-employees and students. Following registration, the formal program opened reflectively with an invocation led by Ms. Catherine M. Condicion, followed by opening remarks from Sir Paul Buenconsejo, who welcomed everyone and set an appreciative tone for the day.
The morning continued with an interactive icebreaker titled "Guess the Teacher," in which participating faculty identified colleagues from featured images/symbols shown at the front. Faculty who successfully guessed the images were rewarded with gift vouchers provided by partner suppliers. Maintaining a vibrant energy, the ASTRA - EZFI Dance Crew took the stage for a performance, followed by a volunteer showcase featuring the talents of selected teachers.
To convey the student body's appreciation, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) and Media Lense presented a specially prepared video tribute highlighting heartfelt messages for the faculty. The program then shifted to a more intimate segment—a sharing activity where teachers reflected on their personal journeys and shared their most memorable teaching experiences. The event concluded with a warm sense of fellowship as everyone gathered for a festive lunch served in their honor, bringing a meaningful and joyful celebration to a close.
